The Client’s Requirements
Farnborough College of Technology, known for its commitment to providing high-quality education and training, was looking to enhance their Higher Education (HE) Programme lab space with a new treadmill. After considering various options, they decided to go with the h/p/cosmos brand. Additionally, they based the decision on their positive past experiences with the treadmills. The challenge, however, lay in getting the equipment to the lab.
The lab is on the first floor of the building, accessible only by lift and through a series of narrow corridors. This meant that the treadmill needed to be not only the right fit for the lab but also easy to transport given the building’s constraints.

Overcoming Installation Challenges
Our team, consisting of Jack Elliott, Pete Brown, and Stuart Jackson, arrived on-site to handle the installation. The first task was to navigate the treadmill through the lift and the tight corridors leading to the lab. This required careful planning and coordination to avoid any damage to the equipment or the building.
Our team worked methodically, ensuring that the treadmill was carefully transported and installed in its designated space without any issues. Despite the challenging environment, the entire process went smoothly, thanks to the experience and expertise of our team.
