Standalone Breathing Strength Tester

It includes a Breathing Strength Test Plug, a small but effective tool that adds resistance to your breathing, allowing you to perform a detailed breathing strength test. This standalone capability means you can monitor and track your breathing strength without needing another POWERbreathe device. This feature also provides more opportunities for when and where you can perform the strength test.
The results from your breathing strength tests can be easily synced to the accompanying ActiBreathe® App, which is available for both Android and iOS devices (iOS 13, iPhone 6S or above). The app connects to the Smart Adaptor via Bluetooth® wireless technology, providing a clear and accessible way to view your data.

How to use:
- Download the ActiBreathe® App to your smartphone, tablet or computer.
- Press the power button on the Smart Adaptor to turn on.
- Follow the set up instructions within the User Guide provided to connect the Smart Adaptor to the ActiBreathe® app via Bluetooth and follow the in-app instructions.
- Remove the mouthpiece from the appropriate POWERbreathe device and replace it with the Smart Adaptor. Ensure that the ‘Strength Test Plug’ is not in the adaptor. Secure the Smart Adaptor mouthpiece to the Smart Adaptor (image 4 below). OR Insert ‘Strength Test Plug’ and hold the plug firmly into the Smart Adaptor to perform a breathing strength test (image 3 below).
- Perform a breathing test to see your breathing strength capabilities.
- Receive suggested training plans through the ActiBreathe® App or build your own customised training plan.
The Smart Adaptor will switch off after 5 minutes of inactivity.
After each breathing strength test, you can rinse the ‘Strength Test Plug’ in warm running water. However, the POWERbreathe Smart Adaptor should only be cleaned using a damp cloth or cleansing wipe. It should not be immersed or exposed to running water.
For the purpose of hygiene, we do not recommend sharing the POWERbreathe Smart Adaptor or mouthpieces with other users. Note: POWERbreathe Shaker mouthpieces are NOT compatible with the Smart Adaptor.
